The COA Accuracy outcome when a certificate states a higher purity or a higher content than we measured. The size of the gap is always shown. We do not publish a severity ladder, because there is no analytical basis for a cutoff separating a large gap from a very large one, and the number tells you more than any adjective we could attach to it.
