GSH and GSSG

The reduced and oxidized forms of glutathione. Two reduced molecules join to form the oxidized disulfide, and the two interconvert, so a material can shift between them after manufacture without anything having gone wrong. A single purity figure does not describe a material that exists in two interconverting forms; a meaningful result states which form was quantified.
