Cationic peptide

A peptide carrying a strong net positive charge. Highly basic peptides adsorb readily to glass and plastic and can tail on standard reversed-phase columns, so a generic peptide method should not be assumed suitable without demonstrating retention, peak shape, and recovery for that specific molecule.
